Artists
This year we're excited to have headlining performances from Marshmello and Above & Beyond to close out Sun City each night! The mysterious hitmaker and trio of trance legends will ignite the main stage with carefully crafted DJ sets. Get to know our beloved headliners and come prepared to party!
Marshmello
The secretive, candy-coated producer first burst onto the scene remixing songs by Jack Ü and Zedd, later going on to collaborate with fellow Sun City comrades Ookay and Slushii. In 2017, Marshmello is best of class as he graduates to headliner status, topping off day one in a singular melting moment. Inspired by the larger than life personas of other masked DJs, his incognito ‘mello gang has become the new face of electronic music, taking the world by storm with a blissful blend of future bass.
Above & Beyond
The English who trio arguably need no introduction, Above & Beyond, have perfected their progressive sound for decades and continue to pave the way for other up-and-coming producers. Not only have Jono, Tony, and Paavo lent their talents to an inspired production catalog; the Grammy-nominated artists are co-owners of taste-making record labels Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, along with hosting their tastemaking weekly radio program Group Therapy.

Three desert stages will be ablaze with today’s hottest talents, showcasing highly anticipated sets from a hand-selected pool of international artists. The complete schedule presents a diverse array of styles and genres, from the most seasoned veterans to the fastest rising stars, and mainstays of the underground. Soak up spectacular performances and enjoy hopping between shows at the main Sun City stage, dwelling in the Midnight Oasis, and thriving on Beatport.
Sun City Stage
Main stage artists know exactly how to work a crowd and gracing the Sun City stage this year expect some of the biggest acts around. Camp out for highly anticipated sets from top tier talent bringing the heat to fuel the dance floor fire.
Midnight Oasis Stage
Take a dip into the Midnight Oasis and be transported to another world by the eclectic lineup of DJs. With sounds ranging from the house and techno realms, to the rumbling wobbles of low-end bass lovers, don’t miss sweltering sets from today’s finest players.
Beatport Stage

Become part of the show and join our PixMob of dancers wearing LED wristbands that strobe and light up to the beat. Rest up at a designated Chill Zone and hide out in the shade, before creating new memories at the official photo booth!
Bud Light Cantina
Saddle up at the Bud Light Cantina for a nice place to cool down with a cold one. Decked out to lounge, this comfortable space features a photo booth to mess around in while you pick your poison. Sip on something from the beer menu and unwind between sets to get made in the shade.
Production
From main stage talents at Sun City to the Midnight Oasis, the stage production at SCMF is a major focal point. Desert Stars
Dance like no one's watching with the Desert Stars troupe of stage performers you’ll be transported a world away to Sun City. To ignite our carefully curated experience, watch for the inspiring group of dancers flaunting moves that will wow the crowd across festival grounds.
PixMob
Once night falls, the crowd's connection will be undeniable and our PixMob will be on full display. Become part of the light show, as each dancer is virtually mapped to a pixel that strobes in time with the music or your body's rhythm. Snag a high-tech LED wristband to join the PixMob!

Through our official charitable partnership with The Salvation Army, our tribe of festival goers can win big by giving back. On both days of the event, September 2-3rd, we invite you to donate non-perishable items to our food drive. After all, giving back does have its rewards. Do-gooders who contribute will gain express entry, plus a chance to win VIP upgrades and passes to next year's party! Permitted items for the food drive consists of non-perishables such as canned goods.
